On Wednesday, Cadets visited the Allentown Fire Academy, where they learned about the role of Fire Chaplains in the fire service and received further training on hose line operations.

On Thursday, Cadets traveled to the pool, where they learned techniques for throwing rope bags to rescue victims in the water and observed an underwater drone demonstration, showcasing its capability to locate objects in the water without requiring a diver.

On Friday, Cadets engaged in hose line competitions and received instruction on how fire departments conduct vehicle rescues. The program would like to extend its gratitude to Northampton Regional Emergency Medical Services Inc. for providing First Aid and CPR training to the Cadets.

Today, 7/12/2025, the Cadets will graduate from this year’s Junior Cadet Summer Camp. Congratulations to all new and returning Cadets on their accomplishments this week.
